Complaint: Former Packers coach confronts prep referees

On Tuesday night Notre Dame Academy, where McCarthy's step son plays, lost by one point to Pulaski High School in a regional playoff game to end their season.

Video obtained by Action 2 News shows McCarthy walking behind the referees when there is some kind of exchange.

The Pulaski School District confirms it was McCarthy who berated the officials and followed them as they were escorted from a game Tuesday.

There was talk that he was in the mix for the Browns' job because of his previous Green Bay relationships with Cleveland GM John Dorsey and assistant GM Eliot Wolf, but that all fizzled out when the Browns stuck with Freddie Kitchens.

It happened following the February 26 Pulaski-Notre Dame Academy Boys Basketball game in Pulaski.

Former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy took his talents for yelling at officials from the football field to the basketball court.

The statement continues by saying that an "Abuse of Contest Official" report has been filed with WIAA which come directly from the officials involved in the incident. McCarthy's stepson is a member of the Notre Dame team.

Through an open records request FOX 11 submitted to the Pulaski School District, we were provided security footage from moments after the game concluded.

'We have been contacted by the WIAA regarding last night's basketball game, and we are now looking further into this situation, ' the statement from Mathu reads. Obviously, the former Packers coach didn't like the call and had flashbacks of his time in the NFL.
