Higuain scored twice in the 5-0 victory over Huddersfield last Saturday to open his Chelsea account after a poor first half of the season on loan at AC Milan, where he collected only eight goals after being forced out of Juventus due to the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.

"I've only played two games with Higuain and I know we can do something great together, not only with him but also with the other strikers, the other winger".

Fabregas left Hazard and Chelsea FC in the January transfer window to complete a move to Ligue 1 strugglers AS Monaco. He missed the penalty in the last match in Serie A and he missed the penalty in the final, but he reacted really very well.

Sarri has openly criticized his players for their lacklustre performances in recent weeks, claiming they are hard to motivate.

When told that Higuain has described him as a father figure, Sarri joked: 'I hope I am the football father! He is someone who helps me, knows my game and how to get the best out of me.

"I think he is already a top, top, top player but I think he will even improve with time in [his] decision-making and he will be unstoppable".

"I speak every day with Eden, but I speak with Eden about his position on the pitch".

'He is very useful for Eden.

Higuain toiled on loan at AC Milan in the first half of the season, but the Argentina global previously hit 36 Serie A goals in a season for Sarri's Napoli. "So I think for us it's very important to listen". He needs a very good relationship with the coach and his team-mates.

"Also when you see the Belgium squad we have a lot, of course, Belgian players but some from Congo like (Romelu) Lukaku, (Michy) Batshuayi and (Christian) Benteke".
