Ronda Rousey could leave WWE in a few months

Rousey, 31, has talked about wanting to start a family and has struggled with the time at home that the grueling WWE schedule forces her to miss. Those rumblings are apparently premature, however.

Dave Meltzer in his Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported this week that Rousey was planning to leave the WWE after WrestleMania in April in order to start a family. TMZ said, citing "multiple sources", that she is "super happy" with her WWE run and is not going to depart "for good".

Rousey made her professional wresting debut at WrestleMania 34 and won the Raw Women's title in August.

RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey could be finishing up with WWE sooner than expected. We're told around Survivor Series she informed the company that it was likely she'd be taking that break after WrestleMania.

"I wouldn't be leaving home unless it was to do the most fantastic things ever and I really really do enjoy it and love it".

Spending most of her UFC career as seemingly unbeatable, Rousey's dominance came to a crashing halt when Holly Holm knocked her out with a stunning second-round head kick in 2015.

With the Royal Rumble victor getting a title shot, and Becky already being beaten by Asuka, fans expect her to match up with Rousey. I know he's had offers from WWE.

Rather than continue to listen to reports about her own future, Rousey spoke with ESPN's Ramona Shelburne to set the record straight.

Ronda Rousey's WWE end could be near.

Rousey will likely remain affiliated with WWE in some fashion afterwards.

"Just to give you some perspective, it was available on WWE Network, which as of Q3 had over 1.6 million, and it trended #1 world-wide for over 2 hours during the last game of the World Series and NFL Sunday Night Football, and that's because of our fan base and our women that kill it, by the way!" Or should you stop and go try and get pregnant? He worked on a live event last weekend so it's possible that he was working off some ring rust for a surprise return in the Men's Royal Rumble match. I have to pick one thing.
