Rock was (and is) undeniably a bigger star than anyone else with contractual WWE ties, but boy did the company show their desperation throughout the year with genuflection toward a part-timer (Rock's birthday special, Raw Gets Rocked, etc), even if he is one the biggest stars walking the planet.

Survivor Series was a mixed bag as we saw some good matches, while others nearly put us to sleep and were unexciting.

Naturally, some of the biggest matches in Survivor Series history have been of the traditional "Survivor Series" variety, but there are many other iconic singles matches that define the November classic.

Raw officially sealed won the night when the men's five-on-five match quickly broke down in a slaughter.

For the men's elimination match, Raw have Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor and Bobby Lashley facing off against Shane McMahon, Rey Mysterio, Samoa Joe, The Miz and Jeff Hardy. Rousey technically won the match, but she was left in a bloody heap after Flair began repeatedly bashing her with a chair, going to far as to stomp on her while the chair was wrapped around her throat.

On the talent roster chart, WWE has Becky Lynch, Daniel Bryan and Brock Lesnar listed as heels.

Finally in the main event, Brock Lesnar defeated Daniel Bryan after hitting an F-5. WWE was setting Rock up for a few comeback matches, one of which would take place at this here event.

Following his win over Nakamura, WWE announced Rollins would defend his Intercontinental Championship against Dean Ambrose at TLC.
