Within the top bezel is the Face ID-enabling TrueDepth camera setup; the bezels are still thick enough so no notch is required. Apparently, there's no 3.5mm headphone jack, but this shouldn't come as a surprise. That should help keep prices lower than if Apple went with an OLED.

Last week it was reported that Apple will name its new flagship phone the iPhone XS, implying that this is another year in the iPhone "S" cycle - which may mean that the new iPhone's most exciting changes are under the hood.
